Leadership Rooted in Experience & Tradition

Camp Director

Kevin O’Neill

As of October 1, 2025, Kevin O’Neill officially stepped into his new role as Camp Director. He guides every aspect of Camp—camper recruitment, program development, staff training, and more. His experience, vision, and love for WLC ensure that every camper will have an unforgettable and meaningful summer filled with tradition, growth, and adventure. For nearly 20 years, he has grown with us—starting out as a camper back in 2006, moving up to counselor, and ultimately being honored with induction into the prestigious Woodsman Honor Society.

Office Manager

Pip Pelletier

Pip Pelletier joined our team as Office Manager on July 17, 2025. Local to the region but not originally from New Hampshire, Pip brings a strong passion for local history, outdoor education, and experiential learning.

Office Manager

Becky Mier

Becky is a Bill Larry Boy, and this summer marks her eight season at camp. Becky’s love and passion for camp shine through in everything she does, making her a key part of the camp experience.

Beyond her deep connection to camp life, Becky’s administrative skills are unmatched, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Becky also works as a database administrator, bringing the same attention to detail and organization that makes her an invaluable part of the camp community.

Program Director

Liam Neish

Liam has been part of WLC for nearly thirty years, and at this point there’s hardly a corner of camp he hasn’t led. From Arts & Crafts and Woodworking to waterskiing and out-camping, he’s done it all — and done it well. In the off-season, he works as a guidance counselor at St. Paul’s RC Academy in Dundee, Scotland, where he specializes in emotional and behavioral support and brings outdoor education into the classroom.

When he’s not at school or on the Knoll, Liam loves spending time with his partner, Lynn; his sons, Harper and Carter; and their three dogs — Bently, Rafa, and Brady (named after his hero, Tom).

While Liam could step into just about any role at camp, we’re thrilled that he’ll be returning this summer as our Assistant Director and Program Director. We couldn’t be more excited to have him back.

Camp Nurse

June H. Han RN MSN FNP-C,

Born in Ohio but shaped by the road, June has traveled to 49 of 50 states. He began his career in business and economics, eventually launching a transportation company before discovering his true calling in healthcare. In 2013, he transitioned into nursing and later earned his Family Nurse Practitioner degree from the University of Cincinnati.

During the school year, June is just down the road at Brewster Academy, where he supports students’ health and well-being. On his days off, he teaches weather, cares for injured or sick kiddos, cooks, hikes, and is even writing a children’s horror-adventure book.

We’re excited to welcome June to the Knoll and have him bring his expertise, energy, and curiosity to the 2026 season

Staff Coordinator

Patrick Rae

Patrick Rae first came to William Lawrence Camp with his brother as a junior camper in 1980 and has remained connected to the camp community ever since. Over the years, he has served in numerous roles including Senior Unit Leader, Riflery Head, Food Service Director, and Program Director. Today, he continues to support the camp as a member of the Board of Trustees.

Patrick is also a Bill Larry Man and a member of the camp’s Honor Society. The culinary skills he developed while working at camp helped inspire his professional path, and his mentor to this day remains Art Makechnie, the first chef he worked under at WLC. When he is not at camp, Patrick serves as an Associate Professor of Culinary Arts and Chair of the Business Department at Finger Lakes Community College.

Board of Trustees

William Lawrence Camp, Inc., is a non-profit corporation that is governed by a Board of Trustees. The Board of Trustees have all had a close association with William Lawrence for many years: many were campers themselves, and still more are the parents of current and former campers and staff members.
