As a nonprofit organization – our goal is to make summer camp accessible for as many families as possible.     

We firmly believe that our low rates coupled with the high quality and variety of our programs & activities makes William Lawrence Camp a great option for families. 

Early Enrollment Discounts
● Enroll and pay a $500 deposit by September 1: Lock in 2026 rates AND receive a 5%
discount (deposit is non-refundable after December 1).
● Enroll and pay a non-refundable $500 deposit by January 1: Receive a 5% discount
off 2027 rates.

The non-refundable deposit is $500.

Tuition Rates:

  • One-Week: $1,905.00
  • Two-Week: $3,805.00
  • Three-Week: $5,140.00
  • Four-Week: $5,695.00
  • Seven-Week: $7,350.00

Schedule:

Session 1:

  • Full Session (4 weeks): Sunday June 27 – Saturday July 24
  • Two Week (A): Sunday June 27 – Saturday July 10
  • Two Week (B): Sunday July 11 – Saturday July 24
  • One Week (A)*: Sunday June 27 – Saturday July 3

Session 2:

  • Full Session (3 weeks): Sunday July 25 – Saturday August 14
  • Two Week (C): Sunday July 25 – Saturday August 7
  • One Week (B)*: Sunday July 25 – Saturday July 31

*Note: One-week sessions are designed as a "taste of camp" for new campers only.

  • The non-refundable deposit is $500.
  • The sibling discount is $200 for each additional child in a family.
  • The referral discount is $200 per camper.
  • A limited number of scholarships are available, based on need and personal circumstances.
  • Final payment is due by May 15th, and payment plan options are available on Campminder.
  • Families are strongly encouraged to purchase tuition refund insurance, as tuition is non-refundable. Insurance protection is available on Campminder.

Enrollment Instructions

Enrolling is easy. 

  1. Pick a program that best fits your family’s schedule.
  2. Click on the Enroll Today button and create an account in Campminder. 
  3. Follow the instructions to enroll your son(s) 
  4. Pay the $500 deposit; pay tuition in full or choose a payment plan.
  5. Tuition discounts will be applied post-enrollment and reflected in your invoice. These discounts will not appear on the initial enrollment form. 

Special Offer for Families: Sibling Discount
Families enrolling multiple children for any full session will benefit from a $200 discount for each additional child. This is our way of making the camp experience more accessible for your family.

Family Referral Program
Do you love William Lawrence Camp so much that you want your friends and family to send their boys as well?  We offer a $200 referral per camper for each family that you refer to camp.

Enrollment FAQs

Tuition covers room and board as well as most program expenses. 

We also ask parents to fund their son’s Camp Store account with about $150 per two weeks. This money allows campers to make purchases from our camp store, which has travel size toiletries, stamps and stationary and WLC logo clothing, hats, playing cards and other toys. The camp store account is also used to fund spending money for Minor League baseball games, cost of camp sites for optional trips, wood for woodworking, shells and pigeons for skeet and candy and soda for movie night.
