Everything you need
to prepare for Summer 2024
We welcome boys currently in grades 2 – 9 (ages 7 – 15) for an enriching 2024 summer session. To secure your child’s spot, simply click the ENROLL NOW button, log in to your CampDoc account, click registration, and submit a $500 deposit. Payments can be conveniently made online or mailed directly to the camp.
Please note: Tuition discounts will be applied post-enrollment and reflected in your invoice. These discounts will not appear on the initial enrollment form. Kindly use one form for each child you wish to enroll.
Special Offer for Families: Sibling Discount
Families enrolling multiple children for any full session will benefit from a $200 discount for each additional child. This is our way of making the camp experience more accessible for your family.
Scholarship Opportunities
Families who would like to apply for scholarship funds should download the scholarship application and email it to knoll@wlcamp.org. We will respond within 48 hours. Depending upon circumstances, families typically receive some sort of financial aid due to our generous donors.
Returning families, for every NEW camper you refer who enrolls for 2 or more weeks, you will receive $750 off tuition!
That means, if you enroll by December 1st for Session 2, costing $3,895 with the Early Enrollment Discount AND recruit 3 NEW campers that enroll and attend camp for summer 2024, you only pay $1,645 for tuition! That’s less than $550/week for your son to attend WLC! And to make your recruiting efforts a little easier, the family you recruit will also receive $750 off their tuition!
Email knoll@wlcamp.org a list of camper and parent names you have recruited and make sure they list your name under “How did you hear of WL Camp” in their CampDoc profile.
All forms should be completed on CampDoc by May 1st.

If your son is a new camper, there is a question in your son’s CampDoc profile under Camper Information that asks about a cabin mate request. We will only grant the request if both parties put each other’s name on the form. Also, we will not put more than two friends together in a cabin.
If your son is a returning camper, we do not grant cabin mate requests. We are a small camp and know that after the first summer, each camper has become part of the WLC family and knows enough campers to be comfortable with other returners from the previous summer. This also allows everyone to cast a wider net of friends and include others into their social group.
We list all the necessities but boys will be boys and they always seem to need extra socks and underwear! No matter how many you pack, those always seem to get lost. Also, Middlers and Seniors enjoy hammocks during Siesta and Free Swim. As it says on the packing list, Crocs are the unofficial footwear of camp and jibbitz are traded often but please don’t send any that are precious or favorites as they can get lost or misplaced.
Campers list their top three priority activities prior to coming to camp each summer via their CampDoc profile. Our Program Director pre-assigns these activities each session to ensure that each camper gets the activities they want. If a camper changes their mind once they are at camp, they can change their pre-assigned activity during activity sign-ups with their Unit Leader.
All campers can participate in most activities. The only activities with restrictions are Skeet Shooting and Wakeboarding. Those are reserved for the Senior Unit only. Also, campers must be a Red Cross Level 4 swimmer to participate in Waterskiing. Each camper has a swim evaluation on the first day they are at camp in order to assign them a swim level. Campers are able to retake their swim evaluation whenever they like if they believe they should be at a higher swim level.
Stay informed and connected with your child's summer adventures, and receive vital enrollment updates, ensuring a seamless experience for both you and your camper in preparing for their unforgettable experience at camp.
